Shavon Chester

Born and raised in Fort Myers, Shavon is a dedicated servant of her community.

When she found her career in Long Term care, it allowed her to help people and leverage resources. After over a decade with Cape Rehab, she feels honored to get to work with our most vulnerable population.

“I believe that the only way to affect change is to be willing to do your part and do the heavy lifting. I am beyond grateful that so many organizations have not only valued my input, but in many instances have allowed me to be on their Board of Directors. Makes me so proud to be a Native.”

When Shavon is not working she spends her time doing volunteer work for one of the organizations that are close to her heart.

“I am so excited to bring educational content to the CAMEO meeting that may increase our knowledge and expertise.”
